Found Youth Company Auditions

AUDITIONS FOR FOUND YOUTH

Found Youth is holding auditions for our upcoming season on Friday, May 27th, from 4 pm to 8 pm at TMProductions in Nashville, TN.

Found Youth is a Nashville-based pre-professional dance company for movers ages 13-19, directed by Found Movement Group’s Executive Director Stacie Flood-Popp. We aim to empower future professional artists by providing opportunities to develop and express universal thought through community and to inspire change. Together, we can explore artistry and movement through awareness and intention. 

If you are interested in joining Found Youth, there will be an informational Interest Meeting on May 14th from 10:30 am to 12 pm, noon @TMProductions.

With that being said I would like to invite you to create a work, perform in a piece, bring a piece that is already choreographed or donate to raise money for this scholarship! Musical Theatre w/ Tosha

Class Description: This class is for the dancer who is also a story teller, or wants to practice their story telling skill! Musical Theatre Dance encompasses a myriad of techniques to tell a story through movement. In this class we will warm up and learn a combo utilizing those techniques as well as performance coaching to a song from a Broadway show.

Class Description: Contemporary Floorwork with Cailin’ Come explore the worms eye view with me! We’ll start with a juicy improvisation based warm up, take some time to strengthen and stretch, then learn a contemporary floor phrase with different levels of skills to accommodate intermediate to advanced students.
